A Night without the Bug...

Eden went to her Ganny's (my mom) tonight. Therefore, Hank, Kelly amd I were left to entertain ourselves. Hank managed just fine....we did miss the Buggirl, though. Hank enjoyed the new playset all to himself...pretending to be Superman---and then falling on his face!

Hank and James

Kelly and his friend, Ty, worked on putting up the kids' playset on Saturday morning. Ty is a childhood friend of Kelly's and it was neat to see their boys playing together. Here is some shots of them playing together.

Eden

May 31st my baby girl turned 5! The most special day in our lives, the day we were blessed with this beautiful little angel. We spent the morning together at the house and then went to Burger King for lunch (we took her to Long Horn's the night before) and to play. That night we grilled out and had Heidi, Justin and the kids over for cupcakes. On Friday Eden went to her aunt Heidi for a 'big girl' hair cut and then she had three little girls over to play, Caroline, Madison and Scarlett. We made homemade pizzas and a dessert pizza and then played at the park. Scarlett was allowed to spend the night. I took the two remaining girls to the pool on Saturday morning. Eden loved her first sleepover---it may be a while before I am ready for another one!

Memorial Day

The weekend started out with a cookout at our house with about 8 of our friends. We then went up to Doll Mountain for the Memorial Day weekend! We went with about 20 other people, including all of our children. We spent Saturday night eating and socializing and Sunday on the boat all day. We came home on Monday and then headed to Lil' Granny's for a cookout with the family!
