Fort Mountain

Every year my family head up to Fort Mountain in Chatsworth to picnic and hike. It has become a tradition to celebrate September birthdays (me) in my family. It is so crazy to photograph my children on the mountain, seeing as my mom photographed me and my sister doing the same thing over 2o years ago. I really love this tradition and hope that it definitely continues. I was able to get some really good pictures of Eden with her cousins, Lily and Iris, as well as Hank and Coy!

Memory Walk

Every September my family walks in the Alzheimer's Association's Memory Walk. My family honors the life of my grandfather, Henry Lee "Hoss" Rogers, who died in 1988 with the deadly disease. It is such a joy for my family, especially my grandmother, to get together on the first weekend of fall and hit the pavement walking. This year only Hank and I represented my little family. Eden had a ballgame so her daddy went with her to that. My mother really enjoyed Hank being there and walking with her, especially since Hank is named after her father!

Friday Night Lights

We had a weekend of Football! Fall is here and you could definitely feel it today. Eden has decided to be a cheerleader this year, along with dance and tumbling. We opted not to do soccer. Eden has really taken a liking to cheering, which with her loud voice, how could she not. She is cheering for the Pleasant Grove 5-6 year old Falcons. She is so cute in her uniform, that doesn't quite fit. Our county had recreation league night at our high school, Northwest Whitfield High(our Alma Matter(yeah))! Here are some pictures of her "Glorious" debut!

Beautiful Kids

Siblings have a special bond and I can definitely see that developing in my babies. They truley love each other very much! Hank says "I love my shista." He is so cute and gets so excited to see his big sissy when we pick her up at school each day! Eden is very protective of her baby brother and is a good 'lil' mommy." I am very proud my little family and am happy with how my life has turned out. Being a mom is the best job anyone could ever have!
