Soccer Days

Well I am a Soccer Mom now! Here are some pictures of Eden and her cousin Lily playing soccer! Eden really likes it but has a hard time with her attention span. She would often sit in the middle of the field and pick at the grass or turn around and yell at her neighboring friends! She looks really cute in her shoes and soccer socks! Eden may be unattentive at times but she has the idea of the game. She has her first game on Saturday the 9th! Hank enjoyed being at the field as well!

Visit with the Great-Grandparents

Almost everyone knows that I injured my foot at the lake back in July, well since having my surgery on August 1st I have had lots of help. My Grandparents(AKA Joan and Bob)from Alabama came to visit and help for several days. They were a true blessing from God! I am on crutches, have been since July and will be until November, so I am pretty much no help to my children and poor Kelly! Everyone has been such troopers and great help, I could not ask for a more loving and caring family!
These are photos of Hank with Joan and Bob! He grew so attached and so did they(especially Bob)! It was so nice to visit with my grandparents and to see them interact with my children, their great-grandchildren, in this glorious way. Love to all of you--you truely are a blessing!

The Bugs First Day of Pre-K

Today was Eden's first day of Pre-K! Although she has always gone to daycare and has been considered 'in school' it was a special occasion. I was especially sad since she is my baby girl and this day marks the beginning of her education which will come all too soon to an end in 13 short years. She loves going to school and playing and learning with all of her friends, she is a very social child and I believe we would be depriving her if we didn't allow her to go. My baby Bug is a big girl now!!
