Fresh Pimento Cheese



Once again I am posting pictures of food and once again I know some may say I've lost it. But this is no ordinary food...this is fresh out of my garden food. I had three pimentos on my pepper plant which have taken three months to develop--so needless to say I am proud.
This was absolutely the best pimento cheese ever...of course because I made it! The fresh pimento has a sweet-pepper taste that goes great with fresh grated cheese and a ripe, sliced, homegrown tomato! Yum-my!
